1. Who May Use SelectaPlate

SelectaPlate is available to UK residents aged 16 and over. By using this service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Service Description

SelectaPlate enables users to RSVP to events and select meal preferences for events organized by third parties. SelectaPlate does not prepare, deliver, or serve any food and acts solely as a facilitator between users, event organizers, and caterers.

3. User Responsibilities

By using SelectaPlate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the service.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Obtain consent and provide accurate information if submitting choices for others.
• Not use SelectaPlate to submit false, abusive, or inappropriate content, or for any unlawful purposes.

4. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SelectaPlate or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or restrict accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Liability Disclaimer

SelectaPlate Ltd provides this service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for errors or omissions, loss of data, missed communications, incorrect food orders, or issues arising from third-party event organizers or caterers. By using the service, you agree that SelectaPlate Ltd is not responsible for any damages or losses related to your use of the platform.

6. Account Deletion

You may request account and data deletion at any time by emailing deletions@selectaplate.com. We will process deletion requests in accordance with GDPR, which requires us to delete personal data without undue delay and, in most cases, within one month of your request.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use SelectaPlate for spam, abuse, or any unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or SelectaPlate systems.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
